Viewing the Data Grid

The data grid displays your search results (See Fig A):

 

The most important function of the 'Show In Grid' form is to allow you to click on the links to the documents to open up the Recorder Document and actually look at it. To do this, simply click on any one of the purple links in the 'Rec #' column (See <<<Circle 1>>> in Fig A).

The data grid displays five columns about your search (See Table B):

Record Number:

This is the recording file number of the document of the search result.  By clicking on the link you can view the actual recorded document.

Document Date:

The document date displays the date the document was recorded.

Company / Owner(s):

This column displays the name parameter CreditWatchExpress matched by to retrieve these results.  In the example above CreditWatchExpress searched for Morrison Homes and the company's owner, Matthew David Hawkins.

Document Code:

This column displays the document type CreditWatchExpress searched for.  This is also the type of document that will be displayed when clicking on the Document Number.

Names On Document:

This displays the literal search results of the document CreditWatchExpress found.

 

* Your data grid can also be sorted by clicking on any of the grid headers.
