Search Summary Report

The purpose of creating a Search Summary Report is to view or print a report of the totals of all documents that you searched for.  The Summary Report can be ran on any search that you perform in CreditWatchExpress.

 

To create a Search Summary Report you must navigate to the Search Data form as pictured in Figure 1.

 In the search pictures above, we will be performing a Customer Search using Newest Data. Keep in mind, that the summary      report can be ran on any search that you perform.

 

 

 To start the report, simply click: btn_makesummary.

 

 This will display a Summary Report as shown below.  Please refer to the table below for detailed explanations of what each field     in the report represents.

Names on Document:

Displays the name that the search was totaled by.  In the example above there were 992 documents that had the  Bank of Waterloo on them.

Total:

The total that the search returned on each company.
