There are two types of reports that can be generated from the 'Search Data' form. One of them shows matches that include the customers that are in your client list. The other will match by document type instead. These reports not only can be viewed on your computer, but can also be printed out. (Generally, that is the purpose of a report.) As far as the other search criteria go on your form, they all apply to the reports also, except if you are doing a document code report the criteria 'Show Derogatory' will not apply.

Also, because you cannot sort or change the columns around as you would in the normal grid view, the most important option to a report is probably the 'Sort By'. Choosing this will ensure your report is customized for easy reading.
