Property Transfers display any document relating to a transfer of ownership of a property. This includes any type of deed or affidavit of sale. You can watch a project you are working on to see when payment has been fulfilled to the owner so you know when you should be getting paid.

What Are Property Transfers?
When you choose to do a property transfers search, you will see results for the following types of documents. In addition a description of what each of these are is given (Table A):

|
A deed conveying the property of one who died without a will.

Beneficiary Deed
|
A beneficiary deed is commonly associated with real estate and property because it is a document used to determine who will receive real estate property when the original owner dies.

Correction of a Deed
|
A deed of correction may be prepared to clear up a defect in title or to correct a mistake.

Deed
|
A deed is a legal instrument used to grant right of ownership to a property.

Divorce Deed
|
Divesting a deed in one spouse's name to the other spouse to transfer ownership in case of a divorce.

Final Order In Condemnation
|
When a final judgment has been satisfied and all unpaid property taxes which were levied as of the date of the order for immediate possession, including penalties and interest, on the property that is the subject of the condemnation action have been paid, the court shall make a final order of condemnation, describing the property condemned and the purposes of the condemnation.

Gift Deed
|
Deed for which Consideration is love and affection, and no material consideration is involved.

Grant Deed
|
A Grant Deed is used for the transfer of property from one person to another person.

Joint Tenancy Deed
|
Deed declaring a property is owned by two or more people at the same time in equal shares; typically referred to as the four unities (unity of time, title, interest and possession vesting in each joint tenant). Each joint tenant has an undivided right to possess the whole property and a proportionate right of equal ownership interest.

Quit Claim Deed
|
A deed that does not imply that the grantor holds title, but that surrenders and gives to the grantee any possible interest or rights that the grantor may have in the property.

Royalty Deed
|
An assignment of the right to receive future income (or royalty) from the present lease.

Sheriffs Deed
|
A document giving ownership rights in property to a buyer at a sheriff's sale (a sale held by a sheriff to pay a court judgment against the owner of the property).

Tax Deed
|
Transfer of a property stemming from a tax deed sale, a forced sale, conducted by a governmental agency, of real estate for nonpayment of taxes. It is one of two methodologies used by governmental agencies to collect delinquent taxes owed on real estate, the other being the tax lien sale (Treasurers Deed)/

Treasurers Deed
|
A treasurers deed transfers ownership of real property free and clear of all liens. It is generally a deed issued in a tax sale, so that the buyer is buying the property from the county.

Warranty Deed
|
Conveyance of title that contains certain assurances and guarantees by the grantor that the deed conveys a good and unencumbered title.

How To Do A Property Transfers Search
Step 1:
Beginning from the main form, the first thing you need to do is click the 'Search Data' button (See Fig 1A).

Step 2:
Once you've clicked the 'Search Data' button, you will see the search data form. The next thing you need to do is select the 'Property Transfers' Saved Search. See Fig 2A for clarification:

Step 3:
All that remains is to click the 'Search Data' button (not the search data button on the main menu, but rather the one in the form above), and see the results of your search. See Fig 2A (above) to see where to click.
Once you've done that, you will see the results of your search. It may look something like this (Fig 3A):
