btn_regitrar The Registrar of Contractors is the first place you should look to find out the owner information on any contractor that you might be doing business with.  Once the search has completed you should look for the closest match to the company you input.  Under their actual licensing page you should find the terms "Qualifying Party Information," the person listed under this heading will usually be the owner or the principal party of the company you have searched for.

btn_tradename The Trade name database is a great tool for looking up any business.  This database is your place to find property management companies, restaurants, retailers, and almost any other established business whether it is local or national.  Once you have performed your search you should look for the terms "Officer Information" or "Agent/Owner Information." This person or persons listed under this heading will usually be the owner or the principal party of the company you have searched for.
