Foreclosures

Top Previous Next

The Foreclosures saved search will display all Notice of Trustee Sales and Notice of Cancellations.

These documents relate directly to the foreclosure process.  A Notice of Trustee Sale is filed on a property at the beginning of the 90 Day Foreclosure process.  If you are working on a property that has fallen into foreclosure, Credit Watch will inform you of the derogatory document being posted as long as the owner you are tracking is in your client list.

Notice of Cancellations is a notice of a cancellation of foreclosure meaning that the property has been removed from foreclosure by either catching the delinquent mortgage in question up or making some other arrangement to postpone or cancel the foreclosure.

Following are the steps you need to take if you wish to perform a 'Foreclosures' Saved Search:

Step 1:

First you must get to the 'Search Data' form. To do this, on the main form, on the menu on the left, click the 'Search Data' button (See Fig 1A).

Step 3:

Finally, click the 'Search Data' button that is inside the form, not the one that is on the main menu. Please see (Fig 2A) to see which button to click.
