Deleting a company or an owner is quite simple. You either select the company or owner in your list, and then hit the 'Delete' button that is in the 'Edit Company' frame (if you're deleting the company) or otherwise the 'Delete' button in the 'Edit Owner' frame.

Section A: Delete A Company
Select the name of the company you wish to remove in the 'Company's List (See Fig 1A).

Click the 'Delete' button in the 'Edit Company's Frame (See Fig 2A).

A Dialog will come up asking you if you really wish to remove the company (See Fig 3A). Click 'Yes' if you do. The Company's name will be removed from the list of companies on the left.

Section B: Delete An Owner
Note: By deleting the owner itself from the list, the company name still remains. To delete both, follow the steps in Section A.
First, select the name of the company to which the owner belongs. Then select the name of the Owner you wish to remove in the 'Owner's List (See Fig 1A, below).

Click the 'Delete' button in the 'Edit Owner's Frame (See Fig 2A, below).

A dialog will come up asking you if you really wish to remove the owner (See Fig 3A, below). Click 'Yes' if you do. The Owner's name will be removed from the list of owners on the left.

Section A: Delete All Owners & All Companies
On the 'Client Data' form, simply click the 'Clear List' button (See Fig 1A, below).

A dialog will come up asking you if you really wish to 'Remove All Owners & All Companies' (See Fig 2A, below)! If you click 'Yes' it will remove all the companies and all the owners from your list.
