In Addition to being able to import a list of companies and owners into your program, you can hand-edit your list. As to adding an owner specifically, there are a few different ways this can be done:
I Would Like to See How To:
A. Add an Owner to a Company
B. Add Multiple Owners to the Same Company
C. Add A Person Without a Company
Section A: Add An Owner to A Company
Adding an owner to a company is very much like adding a new company, except you first select the name of the company you would like to add an owner to in the list on the left first (See Step A1).

Once you've selected the name of the company to add to, the second thing you should do is click the 'Add New' button (Click the one in the 'Edit Owner's frame, see Fig A2). The fields in the 'Edit Owner' frame will be blanked, so you will know you are adding an owner.

The next thing to do is fill in as much of the person's name as you can (See Fig A3).

The last step before clicking 'Save' is to set the correct match level for this owner (See Fig 4A, below).
(Fig 4A)

Here is an explanation of what the levels are and their meaning in life:
In the following example, the owner's name is 'Doe, John Eddie':

Finally, save your owner by clicking the 'Save' button in the 'Edit Owner's frame (See Fig A5).
(Fig A5)

Section B: Adding Multiple Owners to A Company
Adding multiple owners is exactly the same as adding a single owner. Just select a company in the list which already has an owner, click 'Add New' in the 'Edit Owner's frame. Type in the name of the new owner, set the match level, and click 'Save'. Now you have multiple owners, you will see the previous and new owners now in the list of owners on the left.
Section C: Adding A Person Without a Company
Adding a person without a company is basically the same as adding an owner to the list, but some of the steps are different, such as the beginning steps, and the end result. (The Owner gets added to the company list instead of the owner list. This impacts match levels as well, the match string be calculated as if it were a company) Here are the steps necessary to add an owner without a company.
First, Click the 'Add New' button in the 'EDIT COMPANY' frame. This will deselect the company, so you can add an owner that isn't associated. Once the company is cleared, you should then click the 'Add New' button in the 'EDIT OWNER' frame (See Fig C1).
(Fig C1)

The next thing to do is fill in as much of the person's name as you can (See Fig A3).
(Fig A3)

This step is slightly different, because of the way it saves the owner as a company instead of an owner. By keeping this in mind, just select the level as if it were a company. Here is a table showing how the match levels work in this case.
In this example, we'll use the owner's name 'John Doe A'..

The Final Step is simply to click the 'Save' button in the 'Edit Owner's frame (See Fig C4-A). Your owner will be added to the company list instead of the owner list. This is because it is not associated with a company (See Fig C4-B).
